Hey everyone.
I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, depression, etc. It’s so bad I was put on disability a couple years ago, but to be honest… it hasn’t really improved all that much besides not feeling like a complete burden financially to those around me. The only thing that has ever worked is gaming. It’s been my only outlet since I can remember, and I can outright say that it has saved my life. Being agoraphobic, I’ve been trying to find ways to feel more productive. I started practicing talking to a camera and I made a video talking about my mental health and how it relates to gaming. It’s the first time I’ve ever said it out loud in any type of public way and it would mean a lot to me if even one person watched it.
This was such an honest video. We need to have open conversations like this, to make more people feel comfortable in talking about their mental health. Thanks for publishing – and I look forward to seeing more of your content. 🙂

Thank you so much, Kim. That means a lot. I hope I can stay as honest about it as I was in this video, but it is hard.

I can totally understand that. But the blogging community is a supportive one, and you’ll have a lot of friends here. Just keep doing what you’re doing and taking it one day at a time. 🙂
